Eileen began her career in 1998 with Simplex and has since developed a unique combination of technical expertise, customer engagement, and business development leadership. Her background includes more than two decades supporting fire protection contracting organizations as well as experience in manufacturing, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's challenges from both the supplier and end-user perspectives.
Throughout her career, Eileen has collaborated with customers, engineers, contractors, and facility owners to address complex fire protection challenges and implement solutions that enhance life safety, support regulatory compliance, and protect business continuity. She is known for her ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and practical business objectives, helping organizations identify and implement effective fire protection strategies.
